Can a movie copied on a CD be transferred to

December 4, 2010 at 19:28:15
Specs: Windows XP
I downloaded a movie onto my computer and tried to burn in to a DVD. But it wasn't working. I managed to burn it to a CD. The CD plays when the CD is put in the DVD drive, but I want to play it on a DVD player and it doesn't play there. Will I be able to transfer it from the CD to a DVD?

CD-Rs can be played by a DVD Player by burning it in to a movie disc with Windows CD Burner. I would suggest DVD-Rs since CD-Rs can only fit around 700mb of space.
Make sure to look carefully when burning the disc. If it doesn't work properly still, download a CD/DVD burner.

I assume that the file is a 700MB avi file.

To play it on a DVD player you need to convert it.

Something like Winavi will convert & burn to a DVD disk.

A thank you would be nice, if I have helped.
