Go to the fourth row, right click and select insert.

however if you are talking about using VBA to automate then add some MORE details

Yes I did that. But I want to automate because there are several thousand rows. One mate from this forum gave me a long equation to copy and paste in a row and it worked like magic which cut my weeks' of jobs to seconds (it was another job though).

If you can use your creativity to make your VBA solution equally user friendly for my question it will be of great help.
