Sometime due to sudden system shutdown or a virus attack or improper upgrade of SQL Server that may result in server file corruption. In such situation, choosing for an appropriate solution can only be a great help in recovery.
As per your situation, where you are unable to open your LDF file among your two SQL files.
Try some SQL Log recovery tools which will help you to open your LDF file(either if it corrupted and recover the corrupted file), provided by various vendors like SysInfoTools, Aryson, Data Recovery Solutions, and etc

I am sure that the problem with the hard disk or the problem is in the Try using recovery tools first, and then be sure to use the AutoSyncDB tools to synchronize and constantly update this software. It would not hurt to use some kind of dongle for backup in such cases.
