Specs: Linux mint

Will it be possible to replace intel atom n455 with n475?
(this is a compatibility question, don't worry about soldering)

1.33ghz to 1.83ghz is not a bad improvement ( 38% faster on paper )

And is there a way for slightly overclocking these CPU's?

The N455 runs at 1.66GHz, not 1.33GHz, so the "on paper" speed difference is about 10%. In the real world, it's much less. Definitely not worth the time & effort. How much RAM do you have? If 2GB is the max, that's your problem, not a weak CPU.

Yes max ram is 2gb and I've updated it to a decent one. Is there any chance to increase it?

And also as my understanding, n475 is compatible. Right?

Impossible to answer with 100% certainty because you didn't post the make/model of your netbook. IMO, it's a huge waste of time & effort for extremely minimal gains.
