Hi all.

I'm buying a third party HSF for my Phenom II 1090T and would like to know what the best method is for applying thermal paste to a hex core CPU?

I will be using AS5 if it's relevant as I don't know if the method is different for Silicon based paste.

Thanks.

For all compounds for AMD

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

All current AMD CPUs use the "middle dot" method, regardless of the brand of paste.
