Would think it would come with a fan. How much are you paying for this?

Intel P4 640 w/HT 3.20GHz
2GB DDR2-SDRAM PC2-6400
Nvidia GeForce 9600GT 256-bit, 512MB GDDR3
23" LG Flatron

Do you have a problem using caps & punctuation? I'm not gonna try to decipher that mess but why would you buy such a crappy kit? You may as well just go out & buy a 6-7 yr old computer because that's exactly what you're getting. Here's something a little more up to date:

The CPU should come with a fan...they come with one in the box, unless its an OEM version, as far as i know. Even the one Jam linked has one.
I would also agree with him, the one he linked is a better system.
Whats your budget?

Intel P4 640 w/HT 3.20GHz
2GB DDR2-SDRAM PC2-6400
Nvidia GeForce 9600GT 256-bit, 512MB GDDR3
23" LG Flatron

Go with the kit Jam suggests, or one like it. At least it would not be outdated as soon as you finish firing it up, and it would be useful for a good few years.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
If all else fails, read instructions.
