what and can all components be oced?

Specs: Windows 7
TELL ME CAN MY PC COMPONENTS BE OVERCLOCKED

a740gm-m mobo
radeon hd 4850 gpu
amd phenom x4 9750 cpu
2 sticks ddr2 dimm unbuff. pc2 - 6400cl6 ram

also is there an easy way to find good numbers?

Sure, they can be overclocked if you know how to do it. We can suggest some settings to try but there's no guarantee they will work. Would you know what to do if your settings were incorrect & your system became unbootable?

yes , on mobo there jumper to reset to default
just need some easy program or numbers to start at

A lot depends on the motherboard the components are plugged into. Most OEM motherboards do not allow over-clocking.

Once you have determined that the components can be over-clocked the rest is trial and error as changing one thing can effect another.

You look at the BIOS and see what options are available to vary clock speeds. OEM motherboards haver very few options.
