Does your motherboard support core unlocking?

Look for NCC(Nvidia Core Calibration) in your BIOS.
A little bit of luck is required :)

NCC is the key to enable disabled cores. Some disabled cores are actually bad so enabling them will make system unstable. If that occurs disable them.

Try 240 x 16, if unstable raise CPU voltage and make sure not to exceed 1.4V. Also watch the memory frequency(by raising base clock automatic raise memory frequency) and CPU temp(max operating temperature is 70C).
