The BIOS supports "Core Unlocker" so all you need to do is enable it & hope for the best. It will either unlock the extra core or it won't, it depends on the CPU. I have a Sempron on one of my systems - it wouldn't unlock but I was able to overclock the heck out of it.
If you're a rookie to overclocking, you should read up on theory because there's a lot to it & a lot to know. Since your CPU multiplier cannot be increased, overclocking must be done by increasing the CPU reference clock. However, increasing the reference clock affects the HT bus, memory bus, PCIe & PCI bus, etc. so you need to know how to re-adjust those settings to compensate & keep everything stable.
