it started happening once u removed ur cpu fan and then reinserted it, then u reinstalled it wrong. the heatsink could not be installed properly the thermal paste compound may have been removed, the screws on the fan and the cpu were not applied properly the cpu may not be stable due to the noise its getting overheated if ur at idle that is.
u need to install the cpu properly
my advice if u cant do it alone then take it to a speacialist to do it for u

computers are a second home

If you removed the heat sink from the processor, then the thermal compound needs to be removed completely (rubbing alcohol) and new thermal compound needs to be applied correctly. Do not use metal to help remove the compound (small scratches will reduce heat transfer), use an old credit card or similar plastic if needed. On your processor you need to put a small amount in the center about the size of a grain of rice, It will spread itself out and this way there will not be trapped air bubbles that will interfere with the thermal transfer.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
