Smaller alternative to Hyper212+

Amd Phenom ii x4 945 / 3 ghz processor

Specs: Windows 7, Phenom II x4 945/4GB
I'm trying to find a quiet cooler for my Phenom II x4 945 CPU to replace the loud stock cooler I currently have. It seems everyone suggests the Hyper212+ lately but from what I can tell it'd be a tight squeeze at best on my motherboard, MSI K9N6PGM2-V2 ( I don't have RAM heatsinks but it still looks like the cooler would take up the RAM slots anyway. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good cooler for my CPU that's reasonably quiet and under $50, that's smaller than the Hyper212+?

Alternatively, does anyone have this cooler and a similar mATX board and can tell me if the cooler will block the RAM slots?

the stock cooler always works fine, if it's loud as u said buy a liquid cooler.

I can't afford a liquid cooling setup, certainly not on a $30-$50 budget. I also realize the stock cooler is fine, but it's too loud and I would like to replace it. The rest of the fans in my computer run at a quiet enough level but the stock AMD fan can be heard over my television.

Liquid cooling is for the most part, a waste of money, & RAM heatsinks are generally unnecessary, but they sure do look purdy.
