We know little about your system specs. Mention the system specs in details(cpu,ram,video card etc). Just to let u know G31 its not a good overclocker.And its not recommended to overclock via software, check the bios for any overclocking option.

Cpu = Intel Pentium 4 2.06 Ghz HT
Ram = 2 GB DDR2 single channel @ 266 mhz (5-5-5-18)
Motherboard = MSI G31M3-F V2 (MS-7529) Intel
P35/G33/G31 Chipset
Video = Geforce 9400 GT 1034 mb ddr2
Audio = realtek high definition audio
Hard disk = 80 gb hitachi sata

what about MSI overclocking center ?
in bios i see it's 133 MHz x 23.0 I want to overclock a little bit. the current speed is 3.06, i want to make 3.2, is it too much ?

Why would you want to overclock using software? Does your BIOS not have the necessary overclocking options? And what do you hope to accomplish? Going from 3.06GHz to 3.2GHz isn't much of a jump & certainly won't be noticable. If you're doing this for better gaming, you're wasting your time. You need a better video card. The 9400GT is extremely low end.
