This really isn't a topic about CPUs or overclocking, but BIOS files & flash utilities are available at the motherboard manufacturer's website. All you need to know is the make/model of your board. If you have an OEM system (Dell, Gateway, HP, etc), the BIOS update will be found in the download section at their websites.

Be very sure that you need a BIOS update before proceeding. You should only do this if the update specifically addresses a problem you are having, not simply because there is a newer version available.

A BIOS flash is inherently risky and can fail even if you do everything right. A failed BIOS update is a very serious matter and not easily resolved. Do an update if needed, but only if needed.
