Phenom x4 9650 Overclock

Specs: Windows 7, Phenom x4 9650 4GB RAM
Hello, i started in overclocking recently and I need some advice. I post some screen shots of my current state. The max temp is with prime95 running for about an hour. The idle temps are around 25 so they are not a problem.

I wanted to rise the bus a little more to have the rams at 400 so they didn't run slower than stock but every time I try to put more than 230 it becomes unstable. Even if I low the CPU multi. I tried rising the Voltages a little but it didn't help and I don't know if rising them more would be safe, or even helpful.

According to the guides I have read the RAM is not holding me because with 240 would be at stock speed and they should stand. Is this the motherboard limit? What do you guys advice me to do? Is the current RAM speed lowering my computer performance? Or just any other tip you want to say. Thanks

Some information

The Computer is perfectly stable right now
CPU: Quad-Core AMD Phenom X4 9650
Mobo: Asus M4N78 Pro
Memories: Kingston (2 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM)
Dissipator: CM hyper 212 evo

Double check your voltages in the BIOS. The screenshot shows the +12v at over 16v & the +3.3v at only 1.12v. Probably just a software glitch but if the BIOS readings are the same, I suggest you replace the power supply ASAP.

Just checked it on BIOS. I think they are ok. I will post a screen shot too.
