Overclocking my E4600

Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate, Intel 2,4GHz/2 gigs

I have an Intel Core 2 Duo E4600, an ASUS
P5PE-VM motherboard and two 1GB DDR/400
RAM memory chips.

You'd be better off replacing the motherboard & RAM. Your overclock results will be extremely limited with the hardware you have.

That motherboard is not an overclocker. I don't think you'll find BIOS settings for fsb or vCore and no ability to lock the pci/agp bus.

I haven't found a new or beta BIOS flash that corrects any of these shortcomings either.

I understand this holds true for most ASUS boards that end with -VE.
