✔ Best Answer
Googling your motherboard "0HX555" yields that it is a motherboard made for Dell and as such it will not be overclockable. Overclocking puts additional stress on all components and so that they are not responsible for repairing or replacing the computer if someone does do this, the remove the necessary options from the BIOS' menus.

To get some additional performance out of your system, especially for video or image manipulation and gaming, you should be able to upgrade your video with a distinct video card and add additional memory.
Your motherboard appears to have a PCIe 16x 1.0 video slot (so do not expect really serious gaming cards to operate at full speeds) and will support 4GB memory with 32bit OS (probably 3.2GB usable) and 8GB with 64bit OS.

Do not plan on spending too much money on a system that old since to get really significant improvement, you will need a more complete upgrade (everything).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

It was completely unnecessary to post all that. All we needed to know is that you have a Dell. Fingers pretty much covered it.

Thank you :) I don't know anythink about Overclocking, it's a shame that can't overclock TT What of my PC can be leveraged if I want to mount one personalized PC and what you recommend me to do one good PC for gaming and not spend a very large amount of money?

As I said, for gaming you can get noticeable improvement just by adding a distinct video card and to a lesser extent, adding more memory.
Like I said, don't go too crazy with an expensive video card since your video port is of the older variety of PCIe 16x, just go with a mid-level gaming card.
As I also pointed out, in the long run, you will eventually be replacing the entire system in order to be able to play the latest games on their highest settings. This should be a system purposely made as a gaming system.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

As Fingers said, the CPU isn't the problem, it's the weak Intel GMA 3100 graphics. You should install a PCI-express gaming graphics card. I specifically said a "gaming" card because there are also general purpose & HTPC (home theater) graphics cards available. While these cards are a definite improvement over integrated graphics, they're still not great for gaming. This article should help:

Best Graphics Cards For The Money: July 2012

The power supply specs aren't on your list but I suspect it's not very powerful, maybe 300-350W? If that's correct, you should choose a lower end gaming card that does NOT require an additional power plug-in. The Radeon HD 6670 & 7750 are the 2 recommended in the article. The older HD 5670 & HD 4670 are also good cards.
