Specs: Windows 7 Home Premium, 3.2 GHz / 4094 MB
I was beginning to wonder why first the 2nd Generation i-series was recently unavailable, then they began appearing again and most sources still have not shown any 1155 motherboards in a while. Apparently there has been a problem with Intel's chipsets they were shipping. The new 'B3' chipsets apparently should begin appearing on boards very soon. See:

Explains a lot. Good for anyone who waited. Remember to look for the new designation when purchasing one of these

I'll be waiting for Ivy Bridge myself. Can't wait for 22nm's to come out. Those things are going to be overclocking beast.

I will probably wait too, my recent Core2's are just fine for me now. When I am bored I look to see what imaginary machine I can put together and it felt like they were more than just out of stock. Newegg and Tigerdirect both out of stock on all brands? It did not make sense so I went to Gigabyte's site and they were showing all of the new boards plus all of the same ones with a '-B3' after the numbers. I did the side by side comparisons and there was no differences, so I dug deeper. Thought others might have been wondering as well as warn them about purchasing the older chipset models.
