My Dell Latitude D830 Is Shutting Down While Gaming!

Specs: Windows XP
I have this Shutdown Problem, It is very bad. It only happens while gaming. It happened about 2-3 months after i got my laptop. I re-installed Windows XP, and it worked for a little while, but then it started again! My Laptop is a Dell Latitude D830. I have had many thoughts on what it might be:
1: Overheating- Probably Not
3: Video Card
4: Nvidia
5: Battery

I don't know what is causing the shutdowns, but i know what happens during it. I have posted a video on youtube showing the D830 while gaming, it flashing yellow for very little time, making a: Bing!, then blackness. That Video is Right Here:

I REALLY hope someone can help me!

Your laptop is NOT a gamer. And your problem most likely IS due to overheating.

Well, it isn't a re-boot, it's a shutdown. How can i tell if it is a overheating problem?

Install Speedfan or similar to monitor your temperatures.
Blow dust out of vents and openable ports with a compressed air can.
Run Memtest86 from bootable CD to test your memory for errors.
Install the latest video driver.
Run the game(s) at lower settings.
Use a desktop for gaming and laptop for portability.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
