|If under idle, they are a little high, but nothing to really worry about. If those numbers are under load, then they are normal.|
If they are at idle then get a can of compressed air (Radio Shack, Staples, etc.) and blow the air into any openable covers like the ones covering the RAM, Hard drive, etc. and out the normal vents, then vacuum the normal vents. This will remove most of any built up dust in the laptop.
You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
