Intel E5700 Vs. Intel E7200

Specs: Windows 7 x64 Enterprise, 4x 1GB DDR3

I have the e5700 installed and is working fine. I recently picked up the E7200 at no cost and was wondering if a higher bus rate would compensate the lower frequency and if the Core 2 Duo is just blatantly a better choice than the Dual-Core series.

Any thoughts??

e7200 is better. E5700 has less fsb, cache and doesn't support sse4.1. If u have softw that take advantage of sse4.1 u will notice a difference.
