Specs: Win7 64, 2.83 c2q ddr3 6 1600
Greetings

Please give me you advice
My PC Specs:
CPU : Core2Quad 2.83 12MB
Ram : DDR3 6GB 1600
Gigabyte motherboard
ATI Shaper 2GB X2 display
7500w gigabyte power supply

The PC speed and performance is very good but I need to know do I really need to upgrade to 3Ghz CPU or leave it as it's, as most of you aware that not all software are ready for multithreads CPU so they only get one thread at speed of 2.83 Ghz

I'm facing a lot of BSOD before and after upgrading my hardware
And I still don't know why, running win 7 pro 64bit
I used BSOD reader but did know how to git use of it

Your specs are incomplete. I assume you have a Q9550? But there's no motherboard model given, you definitely don't have a 7500W PSU & I have no idea what an "ATI Shaper" is?

There's absolutely no reason to upgrade the CPU, but being that you have DDR3-1600 RAM, you should reclock the one you have to 1600MHz FSB so that both the CPU & RAM run in sync. In fact, you *should* have no problem running it at 3.0GHz @ 7.5 x 400MHz, if you're willing to overclock.

But before doing anything, check your CPU temp to make sure it's in the normal range....then test you RAM with memtest86. Bad RAM or improperly configured RAM settings are often the cause of blue screens.

Mother Bord Gigabyte Technology EP43T-USB3 P45/P43
6GB kit DDR3 1600 Kingston
Gigabyte Power Supply 720w
A-open case
ATI Sapphire Radeon HD 4870 2 GB X2

The BSOD is showing mostly with windows starting, all I need to do is to restart then it's work!!

There is to tool from gigabyte for overclock I'm not shore how it's work
But what is FBS and why do I need to make it sync with the ram speed and how to

It's a shame to have such a decent system & then be clueless as to how to set it up.

Learning has no end
Remember you didnt know how to type on a keyboard but u r now typing

Stop learning Is a shame Brother!

Any way
I made sume testes in the bios
There were an option to set the FBS now it's 333 but when I tried to set it 400 the windows can't start so I have to reset it to 333
There should be a way to do it
I'm trying now with your help guys,
Is there any way to know if it success ? The speed will defer as performance feeling or numbers will change ?!

If you only reset your FSB to 400, then you also pushed your RAM too far. You need to first lower your RAM multiplier to prevent this as well as understand more about some of the other settings. Jam can advise you better than me, especially on where to begin reading to play catch up.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
If all else fails, read instructions.

it's not hard to overclock intel cpu. Just hunt for these settings in your bios.
-Lock pci express @100mhz
-disable spread spectrum settings.
-Disable EIST aka speed step
-disable cpu enhanced halt CIE
-Lock pci @33.33mhz

underclock ram to 667ddr or if u can't underclock it to 1333ddr then pump cpu frequency to 400mhz, reduce cpu multi to x8, now cpu is running @ 3.2ghz and ram at 1602ddr. If the system isn't stable pump cpu voltage, this is safe range for Q9550 (0.85-1.3625v).
Don't forget to run prime95.
