|If it started right back up again, I would say check memory, but the fact that it does not restart without a long waiting period, I would have to say it is definitely related to heat somewhere. If your CPU and chipset are both within the reasonable range, then I would next look to your power supply. If it is marginal for your system or is on it's way out, then heat build up there will raise the internal resistance therefore lowering the output voltages and making it a possible cause of the shut downs. Check each of the voltages in your BIOS or directly with a digital volt meter (measure under load) and make sure you are within 5% of specs at each of the different voltages.|
