Specs: Windows 7, 2.26GHz/1GB
I have 1GB RAM which gives 128MB of Graphics Memory, Is there any way to increase the Graphics Memory dealing with performance?

1gb(1024-128=896) of memory isn't enough for win 7 u need more memory if u want to increase shared memory. Increasing shared memory wont increase system perfomance plus 128mb is enough for win aero.

If this is a Laptop ? install more memory

If this is a desktop ? install more memory and a graphics card

From specs I read desktop, 80GB hard drive with 3 partitions, 915 chipset which means that that is a single core Celeron and 1GB RAM.
Increase memory to 2GB
Increase page file (virtual memory) to 2000MB
Add video card based on your graphics interface (hopefully at least AGP 8x)
This is not an ideal system for Windows 7, based upon your components, you probably would have been better off with a clean installation of Windows XP.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
