My laptop's cofiguration is: *AMD ATHLON II X2 P320 2.1Ghz. *2gb RAM 1033Mhz. *500gb HDD 5400rpm. *ATI RADEON HD 5470 1gb VRAM GPU. Can my processor be overclocked? If not, can I upgrade it with a higher clocked AMD processor?
Overclocking a laptop is not recommended. Laptops lack just about everything that is needed for safe and effective overclocking. It may be possible to do it but results are rarely satisfactory and risks high.
