|It has nothing to do with "cream". Some program that's being installed is using the CPU. He *may* even be inadvertently installing a virus.|
Tell him to press Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up Task Manager, click on the Processes tab, then click on the top of the CPU column (right on 'CPU')...this will arrange all the processes in the order of CPU usage. He may have to click twice to bring the highest to the top of the column. Post back with the name of the process.
