Specs: Windows 7
Hi Guys
I tried to use the option " Auto - Tune " from ATI drivers at performance to set the best settings for my graphic card, Since I broke up my "overclock" with auto tune , I had black screen because of temperature , btw I tried to overclock many times my graphic card and I never could, I always fixed it but this not the problem because I enter into safe mode and I unistall the graphic card and i reinstall it again , untill now no problem. After this last issue now everytime I restart my pc or turn him off then at start menu I get a message saying "CPU Over Temperture Error". After that I checked with Realtemp the temp of cpu and he was about 90-100ÂșC , All cores.
This never happened to me! First time.
Try to get my work easier because I really dont understand much about this.

What can i do to fix this? Help me plz

PS: Sorry for my english.

My specs:

ATI Radeon HD 4850 500mb
Intel Core2 Quad Q9450 2.66GHz
RAM 4095MB
Windows 7 x64

Check your CPU cooler. There could be a problem with the fan, or the heatsink isn't seated properly, or you used way too much paste when you installed it. And your specs are incomplete - no motherboard, no power supply, no hard drive, nothing about the type/speed of RAM, etc.

as stated above by riider, and out of confusion how do u overclock ur graphics card? it crashes because u dont do it right, im thinking u go over the limit without benshtesting first.
to overclock ur graphics card correctly u need to have the latest video drivers for ur graphics card then increase clock speeds by 5-10MHz each then test until u find the sweet spot, and keep an eye on ur temperatures using gpu-z

computers are a second home
