Specs: Windows XP
whenever I start my computer with Windows XP, it shows a message CPU fan error Press F1 to resume please suggest any solution.

Open the side panel then start the system now do u see the CPU heatsink FAN rotating? Also make sure the CPU fan is connected into CPU fan header on the board and not system fan header.

Another issue you may have is that your thermal sensor could be bad. I have seen this happen before, though very rarely.
Try removing the heat sink, and processor from the motherboard. Cleaning them ( I usually use cotton swabs dipped in rubbing alcohol and wiping away all excess thermal grease. Then after replacing the thermal paste *arctic silver is the way to go* I put the processor and heat sink back onto the motherboard. That will usually clear up any issues it may be having with the firmware thinking the processor is overheated.
