Can my motherboard run AM3 processors?

Specs: Windows 7, 2.7 GHz / 3070 MB
I have a M2N68-LA (Narra5) motherboard. The Motherboard Socket type is AM2+ but people say it can run AM3. I just want to be sure that my motherboard can run AM3 and the BIOS is supported. the processors that i might buy are

It should work as long as you stick to 95W CPUs but considering what a crappy motherboard it is, I think you'll be wasting your money.

And just in case you're wondering why I say that about the board, have a glance at the following article & notice the date it was written. Basically, you have a board with a 5+ yr old chipset.

BTW, with the above board you can overclock the hell out of that Sempron 140, possibly as high as 3.6GHz. And with any luck, you'll be able to unlock the 2nd core.

I'm saying it can be turned into a heck of a good performer. But for gaming, you need a decent video card. The board I listed above has onboard graphics (Radeon HD 4200) which is MUCH better than the onboard graphics of your current board (Geforce 6150SE), but it's still not much good for gaming.
