The general answer is "laptops aren't designed to be overclocked". Your CPU automatically turbos up to 2.4GHz anyway. How much more were you hoping to get out of it & for what purpose? Your laptop has weak graphics so if gaming performance is what you're after, you're out of luck. Stick to older games, on low game settings, with a low gaming resolution.

Overclocking a laptop is almost always a bad idea. These systems lack just about everything necessary for safe and effective overclocking. This is well known to manufacturers who thus rarely provide the BIOS settings necessary. While it may be possible to do so the risks will be high and the results rarely satisfactory.

Overclocking is best confined to custom built computers where you control the quality and specifications of the components used.
