Laptops are not meant to be overclocked.

Not through the BIOS. You can use software such as SetFSB, but as Jam said, laptops are not designed for this. It is more touble than its worth. Due to software limitations, SetFSB is dodgy at best, and very hard to get a stable overclock. Do it at your own risk.
