"adjust bios to setup windows from usb" is that option in the BIOS ??

Have you downloaded and read the Motherboard Manual ?

Change the boot order to 1.Fdd 2.Cd drive 3.Usb 4.Hdd. If u can't find USB u can't install os from jump drive also there is chance the jump drive will bad.

As side note, your graphics scores are low. This is not a problem unless you want to use for gaming, photoshop (and similar), Cad, video editing, HD movies, or anything else that uses serious graphics. If needed, purchase a decent graphics card.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
