If you have the E6400, why do you feel the need to upgrade the CPU? If anything, you need more RAM.

i dont see the need to do anything u already have 2Gigs upgrading to 3 or 4GB wont hurt but its useless to upgrade a dual core cpu with a slightly faster dual core cpu(core2duo)i bet if u can overclock the cpu u have u can beat the E7400

You can't overclock with that board. The reason I recommended more RAM is because the minimum for Win7 32-bit is 1GB, for 64-bit it's 2GB. You won't get best performance by running with just the minimum.

yea true true, im with miqlick didnt see the motherboard there hehe
anyways im with upgrading into more ram if u have 64-bit then make it to 4Gigs or 32-bit make it to 3Gigs
