Offhand I can't remember exactly.

Go to the wii option/settings

Put in the SSD? name, then the WEP key. Its pretty straight forward.

I'll assume that other devices pick up the router wirelessly.

A thank you would be nice, if I have helped.

Sorry all, this did not help. When I go to my wii to setup, it sees the wireless router, but will not connect. I just don't know how to make my router let the wii get into the connection. I have these options in my setup for the router:
Status
Quick setup
QSS
network
DHCP
forwarding
security parental controls
Access control
static routing
bandwidth control
IP & Mac binding
Dynamic DNS
and System tools
In all of these I have many choices to make. I really don't know where to begin.
Any and all ideas that will help me will be greatly appreciated!!!
Thank you

My netgear router connected to my wii with no problem.

But it wouldn't connect to a ds lite. A firmware upgrade sorted that out.

I suggest you look for a firmware upgrade for your router.

A thank you would be nice, if I have helped.

I am asking about a tp-link wr841nd.
Just trying to find out what permissions to give it to let the Wii get a connection.
Where do I put the Mac address or IP address etc.....I am going wrong somewhere in the setup for my router.
Thanks for any replies that may help me. I am new to this.
