Solved Transfer GTA V Online Data from 360 to PS4? Is it possible.

I was just so curious about the transferring of GTA V Online. I pretty much know that you can transfer your GTA V Online from 360 to One and PS3 to the PS4. The Xbox 360 was a great console. Microsoft really disappointed me with the Xbox One. Therefore, I purchased a PS4. Is it any way possible that I can transfer my GTA V online to my PS4? I really hope so. I already know that GTA V is going to be better on the PS4. It would be such a pain to have to actually buy the Xbox One just to get my online back on a game that I truly enjoyed during last gen.
