If this is a new PC make sure the monitor setting on the computer is set to the native setting for the monitor.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Hello

I have faced this problem once and was reaching out to my fellow gamers to resolve the problem at the earliest. Thankfully, I did resolve this issue and started enjoying the game just like before. I don’t know whether the same solution can be applied in your case, but I’d like to throw in my personal experience as an advice and hope it gets resolved!

Did you change the resolution of the game you are playing? This might sound silly, but I find the game on full screen upon reducing the resolution to 1280X1024. Different games come in different resolution figures, so try to match them up for best wide screen picture quality.
