Specs: HTC jetstream
What is the blinking.
My tablet can't turn on when I'm charging the orange blinking comes on and after a while it's goes already I have to press the USB really hard inside to get it back to blinking or unplugging and replugging (it doesn't go to a solid flash just blank). So what is the blinking

PS. I'm using my nexus 10 tablet charger to charge my HTC jetstream tablet

Yes, I understand that. What I'm saying is you didn't damage the HTC tablet by using the Nexus charger.

It sounds like the charging port has been damaged either by forcing the plug in at a wrong angle or upside down or possibly was bad out of the box. Either way, it will need to be fixed by a repair tech

You have probably damaged the HTC tablet by trying to charge it up with the Nexus 10 charger. They might not be compatible or safe to use together.

You should only have charged up the HTC with the charger that was supplied with it.

Both these chargers use the USB port to charge. USB is a standard 5 volts, you did not damage your tablet by using the other charger.

Worst case scenario is that the Nexus 10 charger has a lower wattage output which would take longer to charge your HTC tablet.

Both devices use a micro USB port so the chargers are interchangeable but if you forced the plug in improperly you could have damaged it which sounds like what happened. You most likely need to take it in for repair.
