Solved Transfer Picture`s From Galaxy S III to a Mac Mini 2007

August 13, 2013 at 12:24:53
Specs: Mac OS X Version 10.5.8 Tiger, 2 GB
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S III Mini and I can`t transfer my pictures to my Mac Mini computer 2007.
I downloaded Kies for Mac but when I plugged it in to the USB port nothing happened.
It wanted a code, and other information.
I went to the link that you provided, but what was on that page didn`t appear on my computer.
The other method that the other guy mentioned was to buy a card reader, and that would do the job,and has he says no messing about. I am confused about both methods.
Before I bought it they said yes you can transfer pictures using the USB cable and download Kies for Mac.

All you should have to do is:

1. Install KIES onto your MAC from here: http://www.samsung.com/us/kies/
2. Plug your phone into the MAC via USB
3. Click 'Photo's' below "Library" in the left panel (in normal mode)
4. Mark the checkbox next to the photos you want to save to your kies library.

How to import photo's into Kies: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/S...

Kies Tutorial: http://msupdate.emodio.com/help/mai...

Or get something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Plugable-Wind...

It has the ability to read the microSD card reader that is in your S3 mini. Then all you have to do is plug in the card reader into your MAC, remove the microSD card from the S3 mini phone, and plug it into the USB card reader. Then from the MAC OS you can drag n drop the photo's wherever you want.
