Just bought this dongle, ZTE MF-190. Works well in PC, but is not working in my Lenovo-S850F tablet (Android KitKat). The device doesn't detect it.
I tried installing PPP widget and manual detecting the dongle on the tablet, but the widget says - "No Driver Found".
I wonder how to make it work.
Google "how to unlock ZTE MF190 for android".
Don't you think I am not stupid enough to try that first before posting?
Yes I tried that, nothing worked.
Is your device rooted? message edited by THX 1138
Yes, rooted. Any solution that requires root is open for me.
Re #2 There is no need for this sentence:
Don't you think I am not (?) stupid enough to try that first before posting?.Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

riider, I have the webpage of the second link saved. I can't figure out the AT commands, and I don't know what I need on my PC to run those commands.
PC running Win8 Enterprise build 9200.
I'm flattered you found the double negative interesting btw :D
Hey guys, I don't have this file on my tablet! (as mentioned in the tutorial)
