Does anyone know if a non smart phone (flip phone) will still turn on if the sim card is removed? I just purchased an unlocked smart phone and want to be able to still access pictures on the flip phone once the sim card is removed. The smart phone is replacing the flip phone and will be on a different plan.

✔ Best Answer
The simple answer is yes, the phone will turn on and you may have access to most of your data, providing it is stored onto the phones memory rather than the sim. You will be able to navigate through the phone and access various sections, but making calls and texting will not function.
