Need help disable firewall service in Android phone

Don't be so impatient! 9 minutes is too soon to expect an answer. Android does not come with a firewall by default. If you have installed one you will have to Google for instructions for your particular firewall. Why do you need to disable it, and what device do you have (make and model please).

This firewall service make the difficult to my phone. I use the Internet this system make the hang phone. My phone make Samsung model gt-I8262 This firewall service enter to my phone by a download the apps

Just delete the firewall app that you have downloaded.

Sir firewall service apps not install in my phone but I am un install it. Yet firewall service in phone. Rapidly firewall service hang the phone. The firewall service rapidly show on the screen.

See here for how to UNinstall app from Android & Samsung http://www.samsung.com/ph/support/s... Look down the bottom on how to uninstall, not just remove the ICON from the screen. Just be aware that preloaded applications (applications built into your device) cannot be uninstalled. You can only disable them and since we do not know the name of the app your trying to uninstall and if it came preloaded or not, you may have a problem. Firewall service is a new malware, but i don' t now how to unninstal. I downloaded it with "video player BD" and have same problem.

The only way is to root your phone and mannually remove these files

Yes me too, I download video player bd and i have some problem with firewall service, To remove firewall service you must root you phone and download "system app remover safer" to remove Firewall service, And it works!!

I also download video player bd and then after every minute firewall service interface is coming.I also uninstall app and disable firewall service.How to overcome from this please help me

I couldn't find any app like that in my phone I don't know how I get it .Please help me to remove that it's annoying....if its come I couldn't press anything and I'm keeping pressing home key to stop that but it come every ten minutes.Please help me .

Hi guys... I had also the same problem I tried many antivirus apps but useless finally I solved it. You must have LOOKOUT antivus be installed in your phone open lookout and scan it detect the virus but it doesn't give you chance to delete or any informations because it's a trojan virus and you can't delete firewall on your phone So it give you another way, that you can go to this app 'security service' forced it to stop and dont forget to clear data and disable the service after done it go to running apps find firewall service in listed apps open it and forced it to stop and disable it..problem solved... Lookout antivirus can find out the malware but to remove firstly you have to disable the app through lookout

Use lookout antivirus from play store n scan ur phone ..and this will locate firewall sevic as virus then go to app info from there n disable that app n force stop ...but u will not able to uninstall that....thanx

Hi guys I did root my phone using the root android without pc app on play store and downloaded king root I followed some easy steps and was able to uninstall firewallService virus which was on my phone for more than a week and was really annoying ,but somehow I got it out

Hi everybody. I'm posting this because I'm having this problem since one month ago and today I finally removed both SecurityService and FirewallService. The Tablet is a Asus TF300. What I did: 1) disabled both services in settings -> app. Even with both services disabled, stoped and data deleted, SecurityServices was shown in the active process. I used all-in-one toolbox to see active process: boost option (it shows every process and ask if you want to stop them). Even stopping all process, after a couple of minutes SecuritySevices was there again. 2) I've installed Kingroot and started the root process. The message was "failed", but it offered a option to uninstall sistem app. 3) I could find both SecurityServices and FirewallServices. And I could uninstall. 4) After a reboot, no more pirate process! I was not able to remote the files in xbin folder, but the two troyan was finally removed. good luck!

Okay guys i had same problem and i tried more than 20 antivirus apps finally i solved it no antivirus catched it but AVG but it doesn't give you chance to delete or any informations and the other one is the amazing app lookout antivirus, it gave me all information it's a torjan file and this antivirus look out found it and found some other and deleted it, except this firewall because actually you can't uninstall your phone firewall, so it gave me another option, that you can go to this app and click clear data then force stop it and disable and everything will work normally

Download the app called Droidwall from play store and block the firewall.open the apps the select firewall service then block the selected one.

Just had this same problem. You can just download Clean Master or cm security from play store. For Clean Master, click anti virus then disable the malware. For cm security, scan then disable them. Hope this helps. message edited by spickbliss

No app will work. Just go to settings. In the setting go to the option apps. It will show all the apps in 4 columns. Sd card ,downloaded, running, all. Go to all option. It will show apps.
