Marked Applications for No Interruptions Keep Coming Back

Specs: W7
I have programs and games that in the Android settings I mark for no interruptions. Yet they keep coming back unchecked and being intruding. There are no cleaning programs doing anything. Some programs have settings for notifications, and they are off. Others do not. But I have 95% of everything set to not send notifications, but then (and I found no time or pattern) they get unchecked and 100% of everything is again sending notifications.
Not by an update since most of these not been updated in months. I even tried the option for priority notifications of calls, texts, but then Kik and Skype not telling me I got a message.
Any thoughts to why programs are getting unchecked from not sending notifications?

I reply as fast as I can, but it could be hours or months.

It could be those games & apps are being reset by the developer of those particular games & apps if you have allowed access to their settings in the "Permissions" dialogue when you installed them.

Check the permissions of each one and uncheck "Settings" if possible.

If that's not possible I suggest you uninstall the offending apps.
