You've acquired a pest or three...

Download and run these cleaners; all free, safe to use and regularly advised here.

adwcleaner

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/dow...

malwarebytes

http://filehippo.com/download_malwa...

Junkware Removal Tool (JRT)

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/dow...

ccleaner

http://filehippo.com/download_cclea...

JRT installs to the desktop from where you run it. It opens into a dos style window; follow the instructions therein. It will reboot the system as part of its process.

Install all the above using manual/custom option - NOT the default/proffered automatic. Watch and carefully uncheck all those pre checked boxes (so helpfully pre checked) other than the actual utility itself. That way you avoid acquiring al manner of pest and changes to your system; many of which are PIA to eradicate.

Retain any logs generated for possible reference if the pest persists...

Ah.... you may still have a pest.. and I think there are now utils which can be used in conjunction with a computer to clean out non iOS (Apple) devices.

You might try clearing the History etc. folder in the browser. That sometimes clears a few nuisances.

Another option is to first backup the phone (your contacts and other personal data to your computer and if possible to cloud service too). Then do a reset to factory state - as that may erase all manner of nuisances in the process. Failing that I'd be inclined to go chat with your phone supplier to se what they can advise?

But hang is wee while for others to respond as they may have other option which will do what's required - without a reset...

My prime concern in resolving the problem would be first to ensure your data etc. is safe elsewhere so that it can be restored later if needs-be.

I got 3 notifcations on facebook app
when I tap the icon it shows me that I have 3 notification of facebook messenger.
Even if I unistalled the messenger I still got them.
If I access to my facebook on my PC I don't have those false notifications

Ok that sounds more like a glitch in the program than a virus or malware. Do the notifications show up in the Facebook app as well as Messenger?

I get notifications from whatsapp into one of my email accounts; which isn't (as far as I know) in whatsapp data base. Oddly I don't get them on my smart phone which does have whatsapp installed; but not active

I get messages (from whtasapp) saying I have voice mail... But no-one I know would send me a voice-mail on the fly as it were; they'd use email, prior to a possible whatsapp "chat" etc.
