How to: Install android with Windows 8.1/10

Specs: Windows 10 Home, Intel Atom Z3735G Quad Core1.33GHz
I tried the makeuseof method to install android on my HP Stream 7 but when I disabled secure boot, it kept booting to a blue screen the said something about my drive not having anymore bitlocker keys and to press the windows button. Either way, it might have been because I had encrypted the SSD for emergency reasons. But i decrypted the drive and I'm going to try again. but I'm pretty doubtful that method from the makeuseof link will work for all devices. I've seen some videos on Youtube of the Hp Stream 7 running android but no one wants to make a tutorial. I'll try to post my method if it does work.
Also, I'm having some trouble creating a bootable USB using the android images from this website: , any advice would be much appreciated.

If anyone has any relevant information that could help, it'd be much appreciated as well.

So it turns out, my HP Stream 7 wasn't booting because of drive encryption, but, also because the bios cannot find the EFI file with the information to boot android. But all I had to do was disable drive encryption (from windows) and secure boot (from the BIOS). Those two main steps should allow you to load up the whatever you like, as long as you have sufficient space and a properly written-to bootable USB of the OS. which I do not have have for some reason..
