Solved How can I fix this time out issue?

March 4, 2016 at 20:40:05
Specs: Windows 7
I have a ZTE Avid Plus and it's being a royal PITA when it comes to opening web pages or opening an app such as Facebook. I keep getting connection timeout error messages. My connection is just fine. I can download apps from Google play just fine and I can click on links in emails that open up a webpage. I even tried downloading Firefox and get the same problem.

Does anybody have a clue on how I can fix this?

If it's when you are connecting via your local router then try turning it off for about half a minute. I know it sounds odd but I've known this to help when only one device was affected.

After some updates I got some apps working but nothing Google related except for Google Play store. I went back to Target to return the phone and the phone guy connected to the Target wifi connection and viola, everything worked properly. Even before I got your response I rebooted my router and then like magic I had a fully functioning phone. Thanks for taking your time to answer my question.
