Google Play Store App

Specs: several
The Google Play Store has an app that I want to use
on one or the other of the two Android devices I have.
One is a tablet that needs Android updated to work.
The other does not have The Google Play Store App.
It is a Samsung Galaxy phone, and instead of the
Play Store, it has "Galaxy Apps". The website that
Galaxy Apps connects to appears not to have the
app I want.

What should I do?

It's wired. Usually, Samsung devices are shipped with all the Google facilities.BTW, you may need to install
Google Play Store
Google Play Services
Google Services Framework on your device and install them one after one. Finally, you'll be able to use Google play store

Looking at one website written by someone whose first
language is apparently not English, I take the order of
installation to be:

Google Account Manager
Google Services Framework
Google Play Services
Google Play Store

The names of the actual download files are cryptic, and
I have not downloaded any of them, so it isn't clear which
file is which program. That might account for the seeming
conflict in the order of installation.

Wired or weird?
