Double Power tablet does not respond

Specs: Windows 7, 328 Gbs
I have a Double Power, 7" tablet, that after 6 months, it was updating itself, but just seem to stop. It shows updating, but after 3 hours it doesn't advance further. I have done the factory reset, and wipe data, but no change. I contacted Double Power, and they said it sounded like the tablet was not responding. It was still under warranty for parts, but out on labor. They wanted $75, my expense to send in, but that was more than I paid for the thing. I could send a Micro SD card, and they would put the firmware on the card to put on my tablet. They would not tell my how, and was no help at all. Anyone know how to do this, or a suggestion on what to do?

Hi Jimbo,

I would recommend to get the pre-programmed SD card and install it in and do the factory reset option as you did before; it will reprogram the unit and you should be back in business! let us know what happens...
