✔ Best Answer
What exactly are you charging?

There are excellent chargers on Amazon for very bucks; have two usb charging outlets; both deliver 2.4Amp 5.volts (standard usb volts) per outlet. They also are smart devices in that they will power down (cease charging) when the device (batteries) being charged are fully charged. Thus they avoid cooking the batteries and also avoid wasting electricity.

Search Amazon.com for:

RAVPower 24W 4.8A Dual USB Wall Charger with iSmart Technology, Foldable Plug, LED indicator for iPhone, iPad, Samsung, Nexus and More - Black

or use this link:

They also come in white...

I have wo of them and they do just as described; and come well reviewed.

They're also cheaper than your eBay source?

What are you charging, what is its standard charging rate (5V @ 500mA, 1.0A, 2.0A, etc), & how many devices will you be charging at once?

The 4 standard ports charge at 5V @ 2.4A; the Quick Charge port is for devices that support it. Without knowing what you have, it's difficult to say whether it will damage the batteries or not.
