I want to access my library's F reading site and don't want to mess up my Chromebook.

Your Samsung Chromebook does not have Adobe ID+ Digital Editions. I've looked on the Adobe website and for Digital Editions your ChromeBook is not listed as a compatible device, therefore you cannot install it.
