If this were my device I would flash the stock ROM to your Android device.

I have done a search and think I found a compatible ROM but due to the dangers of doing it I am hesitant to point you there. Like any software if it is obtained from an un-reputable source it could be compromised.

I will save the pages and if you have no success following this up with XDA-Developers or Android Central I will share it with you if you want.

The folks at XDA-Developers and Android Central specialize in this sort of thing so perhaps give them a go first.

Edit: Is your tablet make an Eken? There are a few matches for a model V11 Android tablet.

What make and model is the device?

Do you have personal files on it that you wish to keep?

My thoughts are to perform a factory reset but this involves wiping the device and depending on the make and model of the device different methods could be used.

My guess is you performed a soft resets which is done through the operating system?

Try performing a hard reset which is started while the device is turned off and performs the reset before the operating system loads.

Here is a how to, it is the method used for the majority of Android devices:

btk1w1,
I tried that recovery and when I pressed the 2 keys I get the android icon
without the door opened in belly. Then I goes to forwarding and all stops.
What else can I try? All I know for sure is when I force deleted the 3 things one of them
was an android icon. all 3 of these items were on same page by eachother.

If the problem only lies on transfer of files from the tablet to PC, you can ise an utility called ShareIt.

Did you power down the device completely?

There may be a variation of key presses to access the menu options for factory reset.

After the device has powered down completely try waiting for a minute or two.

With the device powered down completely press and hold the power button + volume down button.

When the device appears to power up release the power button but continue to hold the volume down button.

Does a menu appear?

If not try different combinations with the power button, for example power button + power up or power button + home button (if present).

Remember each time you try to access the menu the device must be powered down completely before you begin.

To toggle through the menu options use the volume up or down buttons and use the power button to select.
