Solved Android phone location applications

Specs: N/A, N/A
Hello,
I am using iPhone and recently bought for my kid android phone.
Obviously I am the owner of both phones and I would like to track his phone location.
I see a lot of “tracking” apps in Google Store like tracking IMEI and otters.
My point and question is:
Assuming his phone will be connected to internet but not using Google account which app would you recommend to use?
My son doesn’t have Google account and goal is only to track the phone.
What would be the easiest/ simplest option for me?

Thanks

Fire up the Google Maps app, go into settings, and turn on Location Sharing.you may need to create a Google account though.

I don't have an android phone... so no personal experience there. However I dislike Google's tracking etc. and data collection patterns, so I wouldn't (by default) use their phone tracking apps...

Meanwhile have read here as it may give you some non Google options?

And, without trying to pry, why is it you'd want to track him? Or is the phone itself you want to keep track of?

Normally it's the kids who track their parents.

You tracked your parents when you were a kid, didn't you?
